Mark has been a Solicitor since 1998 practising in Dublin and Cork. As well as being a solicitor, Mark is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI) – a unique combination for an adviser equipped to advise on the different perspectives of all types of commercial transactions. Mark's practice is predominantly in commercial and business law and has extensive experience in advising his clients on a wide variety of commercial transactions including corporate and company law, share purchase and sale transactions, commercial property and litigation, asset leasing, insolvency and debt recovery and employment law. He also has significant experience in aviation law and defence personal injury litigation.
